Following on from their pre-half term activities, Howon and Akash's mummys spent the morning in nursery teaching us how they celebrate Lunar New Year at home We learnt how to bow , say Happy New Year , decorated lucky red envelopes and even did a dragon dance Lunar New Year 2026 fell on 17th February and we loved learning all about the traditions and celebrations. We are proud to celebrate and learn about different cultures in our nursery community Celebrating diversity helps our children grow with respect, understanding and kindness for everyone
