Spanish Day at All Saints 

For the past few years, All Saints has celebrated Spanish Day as a whole-school event, bringing together pupils and staff from Nursery to Year 6 to celebrate the Spanish language and culture. Through a range of engaging activities, pupils have explored Spanish traditions, music, sport, food and culture, while developing their understanding of life in another country. Our children have also had opportunities to use Spanish in meaningful contexts, share their learning and develop confidence in communicating with others. Spanish Day is a wonderful opportunity for our whole school community to celebrate diversity, cultural understanding and our connections with the wider world.

European Day of Languages 🌍

At All Saints, we celebrate European Day of Languages as an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the many languages spoken within our school and around the world. We use this special day to ensure that every child and member of our school community feels included and valued, whatever language or cultural background they may have. Through fun and engaging activities, pupils discover different languages, cultures and traditions, developing curiosity, respect and an appreciation of the diversity within our community. It is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the richness that languages bring to our school and to encourage children to see language as a way of connecting people and bringing communities together.
