Strategic Inclusion Lead

We are looking to recruit a committed and inspirational Strategic Inclusion Lead to join our successful, two-form entry primary school in Wimbledon for Autumn 2026.

We have a wonderful school community, based upon a strong Christian ethos, with children who are excited by learning. Our vision is to be a nurturing and inclusive school, proudly reflecting the diversity of our community, where every child is treated as an individual and, whatever their starting point, can achieve their true potential.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Senior Leadership Team and play a key role in leading inclusion across our school. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for SEND, behaviour and nurture, attendance of vulnerable groups and Early Years SEND, working closely with the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about inclusion, has high expectations for all children and is committed to removing barriers to learning. You will be a collaborative and reflective leader who can inspire staff, work effectively with families and external agencies, and ensure that our vulnerable pupils are supported to thrive.

We have a dedicated staff team and are committed to ‘growing our own’ leaders, offering ongoing CPD and professional development opportunities. We work collaboratively with other schools in our local cluster and are proud of our exciting curriculum.

Our school is unique in its setting across two sites, just a short walking distance apart. We are a member of the Southwark Diocese and benefit from the guidance and support of the Southwark Diocesan Board of Education.
