Faith School Admissions Information

As a faith school, our Governing Body is the Admissions Authority and applies additional faith-based oversubscription criteria in line with our published Admissions Policy.

If the school is oversubscribed, priority may be given according to:

  • Looked After and Previously Looked After children
  • Baptised / practising members of the faith
  • Children with exceptional medical or social need
  • Siblings of current pupils
  • Distance from the school

Full details are available in our Admissions Policy.

Supplementary Information Form (SIF)

If you are applying under a faith criterion, you must also complete a Supplementary Information Form (SIF).

Important:

  • The SIF is in addition to the local authority application.
  • Completing only the SIF is not a valid application.
  • You must still apply through London Borough of Merton.

What You Need to Do:

  1. Complete the Reception application online via Merton Council.
  2. Download the Supplementary Information Form from our website.
  3. Return the completed SIF directly to the school by 15 January.
  4. Provide any required supporting evidence (e.g. baptism certificate).
  5. If required, arrange for your priest/faith leader to complete the reference section.

Failure to submit the SIF by the deadline may mean your application is considered under non-faith criteria only.
