ROCKY'S REWARD This week in collective worship, we explored how we can live out our school values every day with a very special theme... Rocky! We revisited our three core values: LOVE caring about how others feel. KOINONIA helping everyone feel they belong. COMPASSION noticing when someone needs help and choosing to act. We also learned that compassion sometimes means giving someone space and respecting their boundaries. As Rocky can't use words to tell us how he feels, we learned to understand his body language and follow our ROCKY CODE: WAIT | ASK | CALM | DON'T CROWD | WATCH | SPACE Today we celebrated our very first Rocky's Reward winners! These children have been spotted demonstrating our values through kindness, inclusion, empathy and compassion earning some very special time with Rocky. We are incredibly proud of them!
